This manual was layouted for two-sided printing on A4 (landscape) using LYX/Aqua 1.3.5, TeXShop 1.3.5 and teTEX. The NEV2lkit logo and some of the marginal icons in the PDF version of the manual were created by Markus Bongard using Adobe Illustrator. Screen shots were taken under MacOSX 10.3.5 and processed using Apple's MacOSX Preview application. The web pages were generated from the LaTeX source using latex2html and edited in Taco HTML Edit.
