Sorting parameter interface

The program offers the option to classify registered spikes according to their signal form. To manage the large data sets of neuronal recordings and to represent this data, NEV2lkit uses the following sequential approach:

  1. Reducing the dimensionality of the spike signals using Principal Component Analysis (PCA).

  2. Cluster analysis (based on KlustaKwik) which reduces the number of the objects resulting from the first step by placing them into units.
